Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT. For own packaging shipments, chargeable weight on shipment is either the actual weight or the volume weight, whichever is higher. To compute for the volume weight, use this formula: length(cm) x widh(cm) x height(cm)/3500. (Example: 12cm x 12cm x 10 cm/3500 = 0.42 kg). Includes FREE Insurance of ₱ 2,000.00 for electronic waybills and ₱ 500.00 for manual waybills. Add-on of 1% in excess of included free insurance (round up to the nearest hundred) based on the declared value. Manual waybill surcharge: ₱ 5.00 per waybill. Shipment considered as Provincial if origin (pick up location) or destination (delivery address) is located outside Metro Manila.

How do I register in the 2GO online?

Registering in 2GO eXPRESS On-line is simple and easy. Go to http://express.2go.com.ph/onlinebooking to register or call 877-99-222. Once registered this will enable you to ship through our 2GO eXPRESS On-line.

Do I need to register to ship?

In order to ship using 2GO eXPRESS On-line, registration is required. You can register using our website anytime for free.

How do I start shipping online?

Simply register to http://express.2go.com.ph/onlinebooking and log in to the 2GO eXPRESS On-line site and follow our 3 easy steps to start shipping with 2GO eXPRESS On-line.

Can I handle the entire shipping process?

Yes, all the tools and information you need to make shipping as simple and convenient as possible are available online.

Can I prepare my shipping documents / air waybill online?

Yes, it's easy to prepare your shipments online. If you are already registered in 2GO eXPRESS On-line just log in to http://express.2go.com.ph/onlinebooking to process your shipment. Print out your shipping labels / air waybill on a printer and you're ready to ship!

Can I add another pickup address to my profile?

Yes, you can add multiple addresses in the “menu" (located at the upper left side). Click “Shipment Profile” and go to “Address List” to add another pickup address.

If I use own packaging, will the system require Manual Air Waybill?

Yes, when using own packaging the system will require Manual Air Waybill, since the dimension and weight has to be validated by our couriers.

What if I cannot print the electronic air waybill? Can I still schedule a pickup?

Yes, you can still use 2GO eXPRESS On-line to schedule a pickup. Just choose “MANUAL AIR WAYBILL” in the option. Our 2GO courier can bring an air waybill which you can fill up. However, you will be charged additional 5.00 for the manual air waybill form.

Can I print multiple air waybills at the same time?

Yes, simply go to the Print/History Waybill and select transactions you want to print in batches.

Can I schedule a pickup?

Yes, once you have finished preparing your shipment, simply schedule a pickup from the 2GO eXPRESS On-line.

What is the pickup cut-off time?

To ensure efficiency in our pickup services, our pickup cut-off time is at 4:00 pm, this means you need to schedule a pickup before 4:00pm if you want your shipment to be pickup same day. Our 2GO couriers will pickup your shipments anytime of the day 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Can I schedule a pickup date?

Yes, you can schedule a pickup based on your preferred pickup schedule using the Schedule a Pickup.

How do I know if my pickup request is confirmed?

You will receive an email notification that your request for pickup is confirmed.

Are there prohibited items in shipping?

Yes, Perishables, Explosives, Cash, Narcotics/Illegal Drugs or Live Animals. You may also check our 2GO Packaging Guidelines.

Do you pick up nationwide?

Pickup services is available in Metro Manila for same day or scheduled pickup. 2GO Express will eventually expand its pick up services to cover all major cities in the country.

Do your deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver nationwide except for specific remote areas and critical areas in the country.

What is your lead time / transit time to deliver?

For Metro Manila, we deliver the next day from pickup except Sundays and Holidays.
For Provincial, we deliver 1 to 3 days from pickup date except Sundays and Holidays.

Note: For office deliveries we don’t usually deliver on Saturdays.

How do I track my shipment?

From the 2GO online homepage just type in your air way bill number on the “track now” box and click track.
